- Chest: measure the widest part of your chest.
- Waist: measure the narrowest part of your waist.
- Hips: measure the widest part of your hips.
Step 2: Choose your size
- Use the table to determine your size.
- Between two sizes? Choose smaller for a tighter fit or larger for more room.
- Do your chest and waist fall into different sizes? Go by your chest measurement.

Our sportswear has an athletic fit and generally runs small.
Most men and kids therefore choose one size larger than usual.
Women who prefer to wear a men's item can stick to their normal size for a relaxed fit.
