1. How long will it take for my order to be delivered?
Delivery times vary by country and will be displayed at checkout. Within the Netherlands, the standard delivery time is 1-2 business days.
2. How can I track my order?
To track your order online, you'll receive a personal track & trace code by email. Click the link in the email to follow your order's progress.
Did you receive a track & trace code, but the link isn't working? This might be because the track & trace code only works after DHL has actually scanned the package. We recommend trying again later or the next day.
If your track & trace link doesn't display any information, the package has unfortunately been incorrectly sorted by DHL. It may then take several business days for the package to be sorted correctly.
3. Can I also collect my order myself?
Yes, in the Netherlands and Belgium, you can select a DHL service point near you when ordering. As soon as your order is ready, DHL will notify you that your package is ready for pickup.
4. How can I pay at the Robey Sportswear webshop?
You can pay for your order from the Robey Sportswear webshop securely and easily via Adyen. You can pay with iDEAL, PayPal, Mastercard, Visa, and Apple Pay, among others. You can also pay later. If you choose iDEAL, you can pay with all iDEAL-affiliated banks.
5. What are the shipping costs?
Shipping costs vary by country. Check the shipping costs per country on the shipping costs page.
6. I have not received an order confirmation.
Your order confirmation may have ended up in your spam folder. Please check this and if you still can't find it, please contact our customer service.
7. How can I return something?
If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days without giving a reason. We'll refund the purchase price of the returned items within 7 days of receiving your return. Learn more about returns .
8. Warranty
Every Robey Sportswear item meets the highest quality standards. Should the item unexpectedly develop defects during normal use, we will repair them free of charge. At our discretion, this may involve replacement or repair. The warranty covers manufacturing and/or material defects. Normal wear and tear is not covered by the warranty.
Warranty outside the Netherlands
Products eligible for warranty but used abroad can be returned after consultation. However, both the shipping costs to the Robey Sportswear webshop and the return shipping to the customer are the responsibility of the owner of the item.

10. How can I change my details?
To change your information, you must be logged in. At the top of the screen, you'll see a "Login" button. After logging in, you can add and/or change your information. All information stored by the Robey Sportswear webshop is used exclusively to provide you with the best possible service. Your information will not be used for other purposes or sold to third parties.
